Job Posting

Estimator/Team Leader

in Washington, PA

Basic Duties:
At Budd Baer Collision Center our estimators run a business within a business. Working with customers from dedicated insurance carriers and a specific team of technicians within the shop allows the estimator to focus on certain guidelines and a predictable workload and talent pool.
Our estimators control their own schedules as far as estimate appointments and work coming into the shop in order to make sure that their team is set up to succeed. Within the team each estimator has structural technicians and light-medium body techs to allocate the work in the most efficient way.

We are firm believers in sharing the benefits of hard work and allowing our employees to control their own ability to increase their earning potential. This is why our pay plan is set up to pay our estimators starting on the first dollar they sell at an increasing rate in line with team production. Based on 2016 sales, our average estimator had the potential to make over $75k.

We offer healthcare, vision Insurance, 401k after 1 year, health savings accounts, access to life insurance, short-term disability, paid leave and a variety of other benefits.
